Tom has been a fulltime Real Estate broker all his life serving the client’s needs in the diverse and challenging markets of Colorado, Florida and Ohio. Colorado has been his home off and on since 1967. As an entrepreneur he built a convenient store franchise chain and as a rancher, managed a 20,000 acre, 1000 head family cattle business in southern Colorado. He has extensive experience in lisiting, selling, leasing and exchanging all forms of residential, resort and commercial property and is thoroughly versed in:

• Syndication and Financial analysis

For the past 30 years I have built business relationships. As in real estate- location/location/location my background has been sales/sales/sales.
I have been a National Product Segment Manager; husband, Cattle Ranch owner; father, Building Restoration Contractor; curler, Land Reclamation Foreman; golfer, Mine Foreman; Water Management Consultant; tennis player and involved in land restoration/conservation.
My wife Dianne is an Interior Decorator; my son Eric- a sculpture/artist that is a delegate/attendee at Burning Man in Nevada and was a camper at Cheley Colorado Camps in Estes Park CO and my daughter Jennifer- golfer/ college student of finance/IT and was also a camper at Cheley.
I have joined Adventure Real Estate of Colorado with my brother Tom and together we will be adding an auctioneering practice to service the great state of Colorado in land, cattle ranches, commercial and residential properties.
